Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade soap and candle products, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you may need to follow our return procedure once the items are received.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
